• Painting and decorating – We carry out internal and external painting of properties as well as repairs.
• Replacement windows / doors and grills – We carry out a full replacement service as well as maintenance services including treatment and painting of grills.
• Air conditioning cleaning, maintenance and replacement – We offer full servicing on air conditioning as well as new installations.
• Upgrades of existing services – With technology advancing we offer upgrades of existing electronic systems. For example replacement of door bells for ones with CCTV and can be operated via mobile phone. As well as installation and maintenance of security systems.
• Hot water boiler replacements – Full replacement service available as well as changing pipework if required.
• Electrical installations and repairs – Due to many installations in the Torrevieja area being older properties we do recommend rewiring if buying a property. We offer rewiring and installation of new domestic consumer unit. As well as repairs and maintenance on existing systems.
• Small repairs and maintenance – We offer a small repair and maintenance service for minor repairs. But also with existing clients they often use us for things like putting together flatpack furniture, an extra pair of hands for moving or changing light bulbs. The main thing is ask, as we are here to help.
• Emergency repairs – We offer emergency maintenance and repair services. Although they are limited to availability of equipment. Our main focus is to make things safe and where possible get things working again. Often used for electrical issues and burst water pipes.
• Waste removal service and house clearances – Clearance of gardens and properties available. Along with removal of furniture, fixtures and fittings where required.
